Shipping & Return policy

 All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders have a processing time  two-three business days if the merchandise is in stock.

Due to high demand on some items please allow 7-14 business days of shipping & handling.

Shipping cost is paid by the purchaser and is a flat rate depending on the shipping method you choose. The shipping fee will be adjusted upon checkout based on the destination of your order.

All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.

Sale items are ALL FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you.

If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation/packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to info@drugonfly.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returns


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We  do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thedrugonfly.com and send your item to: 300 3rd street , apt 315, San Francisco CA 94107, United States.
